Personal Data Processing Rules for Data Subjects:
PRIME CR, SIA (registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia, reg. no. 40103390170, legal address: Riga, Lielirbes Street 1, LV-1046) (hereinafter referred to as “PRIME CR”) is the Controller, which complies with the requirements of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 in Latvia.
This Privacy Policy outlines how “PRIME CR” processes personal data when our services are used. This policy applies to all types of personal data processing collected by PRIME CR from websites, email lists, contracts, and other sources.
Purposes of Data Processing:
The data is processed for the purpose of managing mutual relations between the parties related to the services provided by the COMPANY, issuing and delivering invoices, ensuring service reservations and payments, as well as security reservations, to realize the COMPANY’s legitimate interests, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (the individual). If the COMPANY wishes or finds it necessary to process the data for other purposes, the data subject’s prior consent will be requested for such data processing.
Access to Data and Data Storage
Data is recorded in service contracts. Data is stored in the COMPANY’s accounting software and service management systems. The data is protected against unauthorized access, and its use is monitored in accordance with legal requirements. Access to the software and, consequently, the data is limited to COMPANY employees who need it to perform their duties and provide services properly. Access to the software is protected by secure passwords. Data will not be sent outside the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) unless necessary for technical data protection.
Data Disclosure
The COMPANY is entitled to disclose data to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and supervisory bodies based on a legitimate and justified request from the institution or official.
Data Storage Duration
Data will be stored according to the duration of the service contract. After the contract is terminated, the data will still be kept for a period to comply with legal requirements.
Data Subject’s Rights
Individuals have the right to check their personal data submitted to the COMPANY, request to correct, delete, or supplement incorrect data, and prohibit the use of their data for purposes unrelated to the COMPANY’s service provision.
