Main Terms of the Full-Service Car Rental Agreement
Subject of the Agreement
PRIME CR provides full car rental services, including maintenance, insurance, and vehicle management. Detailed terms, timelines, and costs are specified in the specification or order.
Payment for Services
- The initial payment for the vehicle is made within the deadlines specified in the order.
- Monthly payments are due by the 15th of the following month.
- All amounts include VAT in accordance with the law.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
- Service provider: ensures the vehicle’s proper condition, timely delivery, and maintenance.
- Client: is responsible for following technical operating standards, ensuring the vehicle’s safety, and making timely payments.
Confidentiality
Contract information is confidential and must not be disclosed without the written consent of the parties, except in cases provided by law.
Liability and Sanctions
- A late payment incurs a penalty of 0.3% for each day of delay.
- A delay in vehicle acceptance incurs a fine of 1.5% of the value per day.
- A breach of confidentiality will incur a fine of 1000 EUR.
Contract Duration
The contract becomes effective upon signing and is valid until all rented vehicles have been returned and all obligations are fulfilled by both parties.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with its legislation.
